These terms apply only to orders placed through Buy direct on www.owlbrookpuzzles.com. If you buy one of our books on Amazon, your contract is with Amazon and Amazon’s own terms apply.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged once per order, and you see the full total before you pay.

Payment is taken securely by Stripe, our payment provider. You can pay by card and, on most devices, with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Buyers in the United States and Canada see the total in their own currency, converted by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and Stripe emails you a receipt. If we can’t supply a book for any reason, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Printing and delivery

Every copy is printed to order by Amazon’s print service and posted straight to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know by email.

If your book hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, email us and we’ll trace it or send another copy. We don’t expect import charges on these deliveries, but if your country’s customs ask for any, they aren’t included in our price.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your book. Just tell us by email (you can use the form below, but you don’t have to). Then post the book back to the address above, in the condition you received it, within 14 days of telling us.

We’ll refund the price of the book and the delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the book back (or proof that you’ve posted it). The cost of posting it back is yours.

If you live outside the EU and the UK, we offer you the same 14 days.

Damaged or misprinted copies

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order details. We’ll send you a free replacement, or refund you in full if you prefer. You don’t need to send the faulty copy back. This doesn’t affect your legal rights for faulty goods.

Questions, complaints and the law

If anything goes wrong, email info@owlbrookpuzzles.com and we’ll put it right. These terms are governed by the law of Malta. If you are a consumer, you also keep every protection the law of your own country gives you.
